Happy Birthday....again.

Well....I accidentally deleted the post of my husbands birthday card. I will try to duplicate it below.

My husbands birthday is this week and we celebrated with a nice dinner and  a cake for dessert. I made his card the night before and I just love, love, love it!

I used my Sizix Sidekick to make the candles. I used black and yellow paper, then trimmed the flame from the yellow candles and added them to the black ones.

I only have a few die cuts, and they are mostly flowers, but I try to use them whenever I can.

Supplies for this card include:
Black card stock
Textured white paper from Die Cuts With A View
Sizix Sidekick
Candle Die Cut
Black ribbon with white polka dots
The font is DHF Happy Birthday Ryan which can be found here.

    1. I love a clean and simple design! I try to always use embellishments sparingly, I feel they take away from the design and sentiment.
