Quick, Inexpensive After School Snack

Looking for a easy, inexpensive snack that is fun for the whole family? Pizza Burgers!

These cute little snacks are so simple to make and the kids can help with each step.

All you need is hamburger rolls, a jar of pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and your favorite toppings. If you have small children its a good idea to put everything in small bowls to make it easier for them to handle.

Preheat the oven to 350

Lay out the hamburger rolls on a cookie sheet

Spread the sauce

Layer the cheese and any other toppings you have to choose from

I like to line the pan with aluminum foil for quick and easy clean up.

If the kids want to be included in the entire process but are not old enough to use the oven, these can also be cooked in a toaster oven.  

When the cheese has melted and the bread is lightly browned, remove them from the oven and let cool and dive in....
