Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip

If you are still looking for that one great appetizer for your holiday celebration, it's not too late.
Buffalo chicken wing dip is a tasty choice.
Boil 2 to 4 chicken breast (halves) then chop as fine as you want. It can be cut into big chunks or shredded.

The ingredients include:
2 bars cream cheese, softened and whipped with a mixer
Mix in 1 small bottle of chunky blue cheese salad dressing
     Add the chicken
Then add:
1 package of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of blue cheese crumbles
1 cup of wing sauce of your choice.
Mix together and serve cold or warm with chips.
You may want to add more or less buffalo wing sauce depending on your taste for hot and spicy foods. I like to shred the chicken and serve the dip warm. A fondue pot or crock pot works great for keeping it warm all day so everyone can pick as they wander by.
My daughter and her friend were here while I was making this tonight and I had to take it away before they ate it all. I think next time I will have to make a double batch. Trust me, once you make this dip it will become a family favorite.

If you make this recipe or a variation of it please leave a comment and let me know how it turns out.

    1. Thanks Andrea! I think its the crumbly blue cheese, it gives it that little something extra.

  2. Okay. This sounds like something I need to make for my next small gathering. I love dips when you bring a small amount of friends together. Love the taste of buffalo sauce too.
