Pork Chops with Onions

Tonight's Supper on Sunday was pork chops with onions, mashed potatoes with corn and brussle sprouts.

Personally I just like the flavor of the onions and let someone else have my share.

The pork chops were slow cooked on the stove top in a frying pan with just a little olive oil.
Meat tenderizer, pepper and a little garlic powder were used for seasoning.  The onions were added after they were flipped over.
We love brussle sprouts. I boiled them in water and butter with a little bit of salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Finally, the mashed potatoes. I always use a smasher instead of the mixer. I like the texture and they do not get pasty.
Tonight's dinner was simple and delicious.
